The history and life of the Baltic-Finnish peoples of Karelia are the constant topics of the magazine "Carelia". The latest issue contains publications about the Petrozavodsk choir "Inkeri", the preservation of the identity of the Karelian people, and the fates of Russian Finns. The section "The Disappeared Villages of Paanajärvi" contains the history of the villages of Olanga and Vartiolampi in Belomorskaya Karelia.
